TN50 #41, Free Resources For Your Best Future, 11 October 2021

Hi Team,

Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #41.

Happy Columbus Day as well, I, for one, am glad he made the trip!

I want to share a couple new resources that I have been made aware of by Dr. Rhonda Patrick at FoundMyFitness.

The sites have some good things going for them, such as:

  1. Both sites are free.
  2. The information provided is from peer reviewed journals (not that these journals are error free these days).
  3. You could scroll through the daily updates in just a few minutes if you don’t click on too many articles that catch your eye.

One site is: EurekAlert

Here’s an example article released today regarding: Researchers find warning signs for dementia in the blood

The second site is:

Here’s an example article released today regarding: Intermittent fasting makes fruit flies live longer — will it work for people?

I know a lot of you are probably wondering if these sites get down to the nitty gritty cellular level and the answer is…

Go see for yourself!

Ever see a headline in the MSM talking about some new science and the headline doesn’t make sense?  These two site might be the perfect place to check out the science without having to wade into sites like PubMed.

So what are your favorite useful websites?  Share them with me and I will launch them in a batch next week to the whole team.

As always, I would love it if you shared your thoughts on this entry and please share this with your tribe if you think it would be useful.

Have a good one, Alex
