TN50 #75, Questioning Christianity, 06 June 2022
Hi Team,
Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #75. I recently ran into a miniseries podcast put out by Tim Keller (TK) called… you guessed it, Questioning Christianity.
So right out of the gate I would recommend listening to this 7 Episode Podcast series if you fall into one of these 4 categories:
- Christian/Believer
- Non-Christian/Non-Believer
- On the Fence
- Anyone who, somehow, doesn’t identify with 1, 2 or 3
How do you run into a podcast Alex? Funny you should ask! Did I mention I’m a runner now? So I was out on a run catching up on TK’s normal podcast feed, Gospel and Life, and they previewed the first episode of a special short podcast series called Questioning Christianity (QC). QC is a lecture series along with Q&A’s that TK organized for believers and their non-believer friends back in 2019. The lectures took place in NY City.
I am always blown away by TK’s ability to relate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus and His Gospel in the context of our modern world. He has been a very important part of my life/journey for more than 2 decades at this point, I have enjoyed his books and articles over the years but it’s his messages going back to the early 1990’s that have meant the most to me. If you’ve never heard of him, you can get your fill at the link above for Gospel and Life podcast in addition to the short Questioning Christianity podcast opportunity.
As always, please let me know any thoughts or comments you have on this and share the post with your team or anyone who has a strong stomach and might find it useful.
Have a good one, Alex
PS: You may be wondering why I would send out a piece like this, all I can say is one or more of you need it, I just have a feeling. If that is you or definitely NOT you let me know, I’d love to talk about it either way.
