TN50#153_30-Grown Things Challenge_21 February 2024

Hi Team,

Here’s a fun, all be it, odd challenge that I read/audibled in a book many months ago.  I’ve thought about it a bunch; but never at a useful time to make up a sheet so I forget to do it.  My thought is that with this post, I’ll actually make a challenge sheet to keep track.

Happy Wednesday (some weeks are like this) and welcome to The Next 50 #153. I like to think of personal performance in 3 components: physical, mental and emotional.  My frameworks focus on 4 Buckets: Eat, Sleep, Move and Think.  This blog is my sandbox for sharing information that you might find useful for your personal performance.

This is an EAT challenge, if you’ve been with me awhile, you know I think getting your protein baseline locked in is the first order of business for your EAT plan.  This is a food quality challenge that doesn’t involve the first order of business.

In one week, eat 30 different things that grew in or out of the ground.  That’s it.

Veggies, fruit, grains, spuds, seeds, nuts, fungus and spices.  To easy.  Right?
