What are you grateful for? If you don’t have a flood of thoughts that almost turn into a blur of incoming information, you’re doing it wrong – IMO
Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #182. I like to think of personal performance in 3 components: physical, mental and emotional. My framework focuses on 4 Buckets: Eat, Sleep, Move and Think. This blog is my sandbox for sharing information that you might find useful for your personal performance.
10 Things
Just looking around my messy office I see many things I’m grateful for; to include having my own home office that I can keep at the just right level of messiness.
I’m grateful for my family and friends
I’m grateful for coffee
I’m grateful for my animals
I’m grateful for snow
I’m grateful for books
I’m grateful for being born in the United States
I’m grateful for being born Gen X
I’m grateful for my Faith and being born into a Christian family
I’m grateful for all of you, I wouldn’t be doing what I love to do if it wasn’t for people wanting to improve their personal performance.
Seriously, First Principles Performance Coaching would not be here.
So Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
