TN50#192_You Should Have To Pay For This_03 March_ 2025

Hi Team,

The resource I’m going to share with you in just a few more words is incredibly valuable; and unfortunately it’s free.  Wait what?  Yes, I wish you had to pay for this!

Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #192 I like to think of personal performance in 3 components: physical, mental and emotional.  My framework focuses on 4 Buckets: Eat, Sleep, Move and Think.  This blog is my sandbox for sharing information that you might find useful for your personal performance.

Have you ever heard the expression, “People Who Pay, Pay Attention”?

I give free advice and recommendations to my friends and family all the time; and I’m talking about answering questions I’m asked, not the “soap box” kind of free advice!

Charge that same friend $1500 for my Better Basics Performance Group Coaching Program and they loss a bunch of fat, gain muscle, sleep better, move more and their mind-set is on point…

Yep, busted that was a shameless plug for my 12-session group coaching program that now includes a 180+ page manual so you end up with your own personal case-study to fall back on as you constantly improve and refresh on the basics.

This is a similar situation, the roundtable discussion that I am linking to below is something you should pay for, and I say that because you would then actually pay attention to the discussion.  So if you want to send me a check for $1,500 so that you pay attention to this free resource, make it out to FPPLLC and I’ll throw in a free slot to my next BBP Group Coaching Program!  Ahh man, I crack myself up (-:

The following video is a 2+ hours round table discussion that revolves around the very popular topic of LONGEVITY.  Now remember Longevity includes lifespan and health span; so things that increase lifespan often improve health span and things that improve health span often increase lifespan – notice I used the word OFTEN in there because it isn’t always the case.  IMO, if this discussion had occurred on a stage in any decent sized city in America a few hundred people would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars to be a part of the audience – including me.

Longevity roundtable—the science of aging, geroprotective molecules, & lifestyle interventions

Here are some of the topics discussed that you may be spending money on:

  1. Biological Aging Tests
  2. Supplements, like NAD and Resveratrol
  3. Medications, like Rapamycin and Metformin

Other great discussion topics:

  1. Redirecting medical research from disease specific models to age focused approaches
  2. Translating mouse research to humans
  3. Proactive health care

Ok, here’s my final push to motivate you to listen:

The 4 experts having this discussion have collectively been on this earth over 200 years, with well over 100 years of collective experience in the fields of health span and life span – that’s a lot of experience and I would go so far as to say wisdom.  Watching and, more importantly, understanding some/all of what they are talking about will put you in a much better position to think about how you focus on your own health/life span and how you interact with your health care provider team.

Who do you know that could use this information? I bet you can think of a couple of people before you click the next email, please share the post with your team and anyone who might find it useful and let me know what you think!

Have a good one,
