TN50 #47, Deep In The Holiday Eating Season, 22 November 2021

Hi Team,

Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #47.

If you are like me and every human being that I know the holidays are rough on your body composition compared to any other time of the year.

I made notes about this entry over the last couple weeks and then, low and behold, Dr. Peter Attia sent out a wonderful article on the same thing yesterday.  You can read his article, in 4 minutes, here.  I will be practicing all the things he is preaching, in some variation.  An example being that we are going to celebrate Thanksgiving at a friend’s house, which will minimize the amount of “sides and pies” that are hanging out in the Racey refrigerator over the following few days.

Another technique I would challenge any one of you to consider is executing a Prolon 5-Day Fast Mimicking Diet sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  I will be starting mine one week from today!

Need one?  Prolon is already having their Black Friday Sale.  Once you are on their website, click the ORDER NOW button and get the kit and 30 Fast Bars for $175, the bars will come in handy later on down the road.

If the holidays are usually hard on your waist line, take the advice of my favorite longevity doctor, then plan and execute a 5-Day fast mimicking diet between Thanksgiving and Christmas and see how much better you start the new year compared to years gone by.

So how many excuses have you already thought up in the 2 minutes you’ve spent with this?  I would love to read any excuses you care to share and, as always, I would love it if you shared your general thoughts on all this.

Finally, please share this with your tribe or anyone who might find this useful and have a great Thanksgiving!

Have a good one, Alex
