Hi Team,

We’ve all heard it, a 1% improvement on a regular basis can turn you into a better human being.

Happy Tuesday and welcome to The Next 50 #179. I like to think of personal performance in 3 components: physical, mental and emotional.  My framework focuses on 4 Buckets: Eat, Sleep, Move and Think.  This blog is my sandbox for sharing information that you might find useful for your personal performance.

And I know that I have been all over the place with deep thoughts at the 5th Grade Level recently…

But the bottom line hasn’t changed.  Focus on the Basics!  The Better Basics as I like to say. EAT Better, SLEEP Better, MOVE Better, THINK Better.  Start there, stay there, and of course dabble on the edges, everyone loves to freeze their juicy bits off once in a while (-:
