Hi Team,

OK, just kidding, sort of.  Here’s what’s coming to an end.  ME, manually sending YOU these emails every week.  Yup, for almost 3 years I have been sending you these emails with Word and Outlook.  Read on for some additional details.

Happy Monday and welcome to The Next 50 #140.  I like to think of personal performance in 3 components: physical, mental and emotional.  My frameworks focus on 4 Buckets: Eat, Sleep, Move and Think.  This blog is my sandbox for sharing information that you might find useful for your personal performance.

Still here?  Ok, good.  I’m 140 Blogs in on this writing experiment and I finally feel comfortable spending some money to automate these blogs for my mailing list.  This will allow me to create some other content and formatting you’ll find useful.  Over the next few weeks, you will see First Principles Performance Coaching’s The Next 50 Blogs and other updated information formats coming from us through Mail Chimp.  Don’t worry, you won’t start getting a bunch of spam every week but we will be playing around with formatting so there may be a few extra emails as we get reorganized.  Obviously, I’ll be asking for a lot of feedback as we get settled in with Mail Chimp.
