Don’t Die: You are responsible for your own survival, talk to a subject matter expert about your specific circumstance before getting too crazy with any new forms of training/therapy. This may include things like exposure to cold, exposure to heat, a workout called FRAN or even a challenge involving a dozen fresh Krispy Cream donuts. Lucky
This is a good warm up technique before exercise to make sure the diaphragm is ready to move and if this is all new to you it is a good start point for your first “I’m gonna learn how to breath” training!
